My name is Jeremy Hallowanger and I am running to represent the great people of Falcon Heights.
I am proud to be a first-generation American, born to two working-class Liberian immigrants.
My mom worked as a CNA, working diligently to support our family while I pursued my dream to play Division 1 Football- a dream I accomplished when I walked on to South Dakota State as a Wide-Receiver.
My Work
After graduating college, I started my own realty business and bought a home in Falcon Heights. I now serve on the Planning Commission, working to build a brighter future for our city.
I am confident that our City Council can go beyond merely sustaining our community—we can make it flourish. To do this, we must embrace effective governance that values collaboration over politics. My campaign is centered on the principle of putting people first. By focusing on the needs of our residents, progress will come naturally. I am running to advocate for your priorities, not my own.
Having grown up in a working-class family and serving on the Planning Commission, I bring both an understanding of local government and a deep compassion for the challenges faced by Falcon Heights residents. I’m running for City Council to bring this perspective to our leadership—because our community deserves leaders who embody its spirit, resilience, and vision for a brighter future.

I am committed to advancing environmental sustainability in Falcon Heights, MN. The city has made notable progress through the Minnesota GreenStep Cities program, achieving Steps 1-5, earning a Charging Smart Bronze Designation, and adopting a Climate Action Plan in 2025 to cut emissions by 50% by 2030. I will support ongoing efforts like renewable energy promotion and community engagement to ensure Falcon Heights continues leading in environmental stewardship.
